There are dozens of unofficial websites charging travelers $80, $100, even more to "help" with the ED Card. The real fee is $20, paid directly to the Aruban government. That's it.
This site exists to walk you through the real process, point you to the official government portal, and answer the questions everyone has but no one explains clearly.

Common ED Card Questions
Do I really need to fill out the ED Card?
Yes. Every traveler flying into Aruba must have their own ED Card completed within 7 days before arrival, including infants.
When should I fill out the ED Card?
Within 7 days before arrival. We recommend at least 72 hours before your flight in case anything needs fixing.
Is there a fee for the ED Card?
Yes. The Aruba ED Card costs $20 USD per traveler aged 8 and older, paid once per calendar year directly to the Aruban government. Children under 8 are exempt.
